One product, many centres
A clinical record with a genetics module, sold to medical centres and genetics labs under their own name. Every centre gets the same product with its own logo and its own colour, and doctors and geneticists work in the same record: visits, reports and vital signs on one side, genetic cases on the other.
The dashboard opens on what needs a decision today: reports to sign, today’s consultations, genetic cases by state and the latest activity in the centre.

The record
Records are a list first, with the activity of each patient summarised in a row: consultations, vital signs, therapies, attachments and notes. Opening one shows the patient’s data in a header that stays the same on every tab, and a change log on the right that says who changed what and when.

Tenant colours
A centre chooses only a hue. Lightness and chroma are fixed for every step of the palette in OKLCH, so text, buttons and charts keep their contrast whatever the choice: 230 of 360 hues are allowed, with no contrast failures. The band from 356° to 125°, reds, oranges and olive greens, is reserved to errors and warnings, and states always carry an icon and a label, never colour alone.

Genetics in the same record
A genetic case follows a trio, proband, mother and father, with their relations drawn as a pedigree and their VCF files side by side. Tens of thousands of variants filter down to a handful of candidates through a gene panel and frequency filters, each candidate with its genotype in the trio and its ACMG class.
